We went to hotel by looking after google review as we were not from khandwa nor we stayed their for any kind of vacation. We just arroved khandwa to het our train to mumbai. We were having 3 hour halt in beetween hence we visited tikkad hotel for our dinner. They were having 1hour waiting period, bt after requesting them they help us get our table within 15min. We had really great time also food was very nice. We appropriate their service amd food also. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Papad, Malai Kofta, Sizzling Brownie with Ice Cream

We visited the restaurant and specifically requested Jain food without onion and garlic, and also made sure to inform the waiter while ordering. Unfortunately, the dish was still served with onion and garlic. While we understand that mistakes can happen, it's important for staff to be extra careful with dietary restrictions, especially when clearly mentioned in advance. We hope the team takes this as helpful feedback and ensures better attention to such requests in the future.
