My experience at Tijmen Bakers was extremely poor, primarily due to the highly unprofessional supervisor). I was shocked by the level of rudeness and blatant disrespect shown by the person in charge. When I [Describe the situation briefly, e.g., had a simple query / raised a concern], the Manager responded with great badtamizi (extreme discourtesy) and an unacceptable attitude. The manager is supposed to set the standard for customer service, but in this case, the leadership itself failed. This single interaction completely ruined my visit. I strongly recommend that the owners review the behavior and customer service training of their management team immediately.
