I ordered a Hot Chocolate, but it was not hot at all. I had it changed twice, and even after that, it was only warm. The consistency was also very bad — it was watery, not thick like hot chocolate should be.They should try hot chocolate from other places to understand the proper taste and texture before adding it to the menu. It felt like a waste of money.
