Extremely Disappointed – Do Not Order from This Bakery! I received a stale pineapple cake – the entire bread was soggy and wet from the inside, completely ruining the taste and texture. This is unacceptable for any bakery, let alone one claiming to deliver for special occasions. What made it worse was their complete lack of responsibility. I raised the issue immediately, only to be told, “We’ll take your feedback” – with no action, no apology, and no resolution. To anyone reading this: Do NOT trust this bakery with your special moments. Their product quality is poor, and their customer service is even worse. There are plenty of better, more professional options out there. Avoid this place at all costs. It was my wife's birthday and we ordered a butterscotch chocolate cake. to our surprise the cake was stinking from inside and it was totally spoiled when we called theo broma they said the will check and let us know in 7 days this is pathetic they are not even interested i will never recommend this store to anyone... These people are real cheats. They accept orders on swiggy for the heck of it and deliver something else and stale altogether. This is the third time. Food: 1 Service: 1
