The worst customer care service and poor delivery management you can ever experience except here in TBRMA jayalakshmipuram . You have to change the staffs here are else they will dig such executive business very soon . Feedback: I had a terrible experience with this cake shop. I ordered a cake with “Happy Birthday” written on it and paid an additional ₹40 to include a message saying “LOVE YOU.” However, they did not fulfill my request, and to make matters worse, they delivered my order to the wrong address. It took them over an hour to finally get the cake to me, and by the time it arrived, the cake had lost its original texture and turned into a sludgy mess. This was a complete waste of money. The service was highly unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Local bakeries provide much better service and quality than this shop. Extremely disappointed!
