The food arrived an hour after I placed the order, which explains why it was cold by the time it reached me. Considering the restaurant is only 10 minutes away, the service was disappointingly slow. As for the food, I ordered the malai chaap, which tasted burnt, had a strange bitter flavour, and was overloaded with garlic. It was so dry that I couldn’t even taste the malai. The biryani which had great reviews, turned out to be quite underwhelming as well. I ended up paying almost double what I normally would have if I hadn’t ordered through Swiggy, and for this kind of quality, it just wasn’t worth it. I’d recommend others to be cautious—there are plenty of better places that offer tastier food at much more reasonable prices. The Art of Chaap in Gomtinagar is truly a hidden gem for chaap lovers. Despite being a small shop, it offers an impressive variety of chaap dishes, with over 50 flavors to choose from. The best part? Every single one of them is delicious. The taste is consistently excellent, and it’s clear that they take pride in offering high-quality food. My personal favorites are the Achari and Haryali Soya Chaap. The Achari Chaap has the perfect blend of tangy and spicy flavors, while the Haryali Chaap is rich, flavorful, and well-marinated in green spices. Both are must-tries. The size of the shop might be small, but they certainly make up for it with their amazing variety and unbeatable taste. It's the go-to place for anyone in Gomtinagar craving some mouthwatering chaap. Whether you’re a regular customer or trying it for the first time, you won’t be disappointed. Meal type: Other Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
