I visited this cafe today to celebrate my birthday, but it turned out to be a disaster. As I was sitting with my friend, a group of monkeys attacked us, causing chaos and terror. To our surprise, the staff didn't lift a finger to help us. Instead, they asked us to move to a different area, leaving us to fend for ourselves. The monkeys spilled our shakes, and we were forced to cancel our remaining orders due to the unbearable situation. What's worse, the staff had the audacity to ask us to pay for the spilled shakes! But what's even more alarming is the risk of monkey bites. If those monkeys had bitten us, it could have led to serious health complications, including rabies. The staff's inaction was not only unhelpful but also potentially life-threatening. I understand that controlling monkeys is not entirely in their hands, but what I expect from any establishment is basic humanity and concern for customer safety. The staff could have at the very least, attempted to rescue us or provided assistance. But they chose to do nothing. Needless to say, my birthday celebration was ruined, and I left the cafe feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. Unless the management takes immediate action to address these issues, I would strongly advise against visiting The white owl cafe. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
