We went there to have a pleasant birthday brunch we saw the reviews and thought it would be decent but it turned out to be super disappointing. For a five star hotel the food was extremely blant and nothing five star worthy. The caprese sandwich was extremely dry the baguette felt stale and the dark frappe was super thin and tasted like a roadside cold coffee. Hyatt is a very renowned hotel and this experience was not at all what we expected while going. We had hight expectations and we were extremely disappointed. Hope there is room for improvement Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Before ordering at The waterfall Lounge, I had asked for cold coffee so the person who was serving coffee to me he said they don’t have cold coffee after 5-10 minutes another customer had come for checking the menu they said they have cold coffee. There should be one menu for everyone right? And also I had ordered caramel mocha coffee it was worst in taste will never visit it again Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
