Extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a waffle and it arrived completely burnt. I immediately raised a complaint through Swiggy, but it's been over a month and there has been no response or resolution. This kind of service is unacceptable. The Waffle Co clearly doesn't value customer satisfaction. Worst place to order from – both in terms of food quality and service. Definitely not ordering again
