I have been ordering through Zomato from this place for some time and earlier used to like their Shami Kebabs. In the recent past however They have been sending me chicken while I have ordered mutton ( and charging for mutton), There is no attempt by them to rectify their mistake. Hello, This most certainly did not and cannot happen! But still for you, we ran through the internal checks. The mutton boti is tenderized using a special recipe. We are unsure as you what made you feel this way that it made you put such defamatory allegations on us, without even reaching out to us directly, even once. You have been with us nearly since we started and we vividly remember that we sent you chicken shaami instead of mutton once, during our early days. But we realized that on our own and rectified that as soon as we could, on your next order. Since then, we changed our labelling and stock keeping processes so that such an incident is not repeated. We are ready for any sort of inspection and tests that you may want to do with our mutton and chicken kebabs. Please share your address and contact details with us on 9560445609 and we will send you samples of both Mutton and Chicken Galawat boti kebabs, so that you can check for yourself! There is no reason why we would send chicken in place of mutton! A couple of hundred bucks of dishonesty is not going to take us anywhere!
