This is another place where you can soak up the sun and listen to the radio and just relax. The ambiance is perfect. Wouldn't want to change a thing. Food was ok. I wouldn't rate it very high. We ordered cafe latte, layered latte, chicken sandwich, chicken burger and espresso. Out of all these, the chicken burger was the best but I have eaten better jucier burger in Dehradun. The coffees were average too. I would want to taste the desserts next time. Perfect place to relax, study, meditate or just soak up the sun.

Tucked in the heart of Rajpur, the Tea Room sets a perfect balance for the contemporary cafe lovers. Scoring an ace for it’s location, overlooking walls in close quarter that speak of Dehradun’s history, the Tea Room takes you closer to the mountains. Hedged with bougainvillea, seat yourself in blocks and benches made of wood, place your order to warm men behind the counter, and settle in with great music played on their stereo while the coffee machine pours the best cappuccino in town.

Having experienced retro to the orthodox resto cultures and everything imaginable in delhi, this Tea Room was a pleasant surprise ! Honestly the scenic beauty around helps build the euphoria. The fine amalgam of modern+Rajasthani architecture is so Indian, away from the facade of westernization+imitation. The designedly ventilations welcome the cool breeze from Mussorie The ever so mannered and welcoming staff will definitely add to your experience. The cafe has a variety of beverages and eatables, tried and tested, quantity with quality is always a welcome experience mango pie and the grilled sandwich were my personal favorite. But these were just the tip of the iceberg. Go all out and thrill your taste buds, as the guys here have it all under control. Not to forget, book lovers they have a small collection of books for the brain too aren't they always an ideal company? Further the building has a beautiful exhibit of the in house designed wooden furnitures and other interior design marketables to add to your 'take away' shopping desires. So people have a sip of tea in the lap of the Himalayas, feel the warmth and love of Rajpur!
