Disappointing Experience – Overpriced & Rude Service! I ordered a birthday cake from Sugar Francis Cake Shop, expecting something special after paying ₹4000 for customization. Unfortunately, the cake tasted just average—nothing extraordinary to justify the high price. On top of that, the person at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. Customer service matters just as much as the product, and the attitude I encountered was unacceptable. If the owner values their business, they should seriously consider replacing such staff members. Arrogance has no place in the service industry. Either improve, or be ready to lose more customers like me. Wouldn’t recommend this place unless they make some serious changes!
