I am not sure about their quality because we were not gifted the opportunity by owner. When we called them sometime back for a birthday cake, they give a lecture stating it should have been ordered 3 days back. We are quite busy... blah blah blah... Cake waves or just Bake never speak like this....

"We always strive to give you the best quality, which means we do not stockup on any cakes or have ready made cakes available. We will start preparing cakes, once an order is placed. And yes prior order needs to be made. If readymade cakes are your requirement, please feel free to get it from any bakery which serves you within 1 hour time frame. Giving us a one star rating without knowing our business model doesn't seem right. Hope you understand the importance of review and be fair while rating.
