Had a wonderful experience at The Square, Novotel. The ambiance was elegant and welcoming, and the service was exceptional. A special mention to Ankita, who was extremely helpful and polite throughout — she made sure everything was perfect and added a personal touch to the entire dining experience. My recent stay at the Novotel was absolutely fantastic, and it has become my new go-to for city trips. The location is simply unbeatable – you're right in the heart of the action, making it incredibly easy to get around for both business meetings and sightseeing. The room was a perfect example of modern comfort. It was spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed, and the bed was so comfortable I got a perfect night's sleep. I really appreciated the practical touches like the spacious work desk and reliable Wi-Fi. The absolute highlight for me was the breakfast buffet at 'The Square.' The variety and quality were outstanding, with live cooking stations that added a great touch. Every staff member I encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant, was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Overall, it was a flawless experience.
