I ordered a veg thali from Spicy Venue on Zomato on 23-02-2025 and was shocked to find a worm in one of the curries. As a loyal customer who has ordered from this place multiple times, this experience was deeply unsettling and has completely shattered my trust. I can no longer recommend this restaurant to anyone. Thankfully, Zomato responded promptly and issued a full refund, but this incident raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety. Food quality and quantity was good but the staff behaviour towards ladies was very bad, especially the one who takes food order. His looks towards women was bad. I am never gng back to this restaurent
