We Had a good stay at the Sonnet, Kolkata . The rooms are clean and the cleaning staff visits everyday for cleaning . The staff , especially the ones at the entrance are very warm and forthcoming.

First impression very bad. I haven't visited the hotel yet but I called them to ask about the availability and procedure of online booking but the staff picked up the call and straight away said "let me note down your number I'll call you back within a few minutes" but yet not received any call. It's been 2 days(48hrs) since I called them.
