Very poor service & staff behaviour.Check in took 45 min approx & got totally different rooms than what we booked. Entire room rent was taken during check in inspire of paying advance & got very poor service in return . Now understood why entire room rent was taken in advance. A totally fraud hotel. Please do not book Rooms: Multiple issues . Room key do not work , every time have to go to reception & get it re activated. Have to ask for everything Food and drinks: Leftover idliys served in evening snacks Noteworthy details: Nothing Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
