The is the third time I am experiencing this type of service from Shaurya the food came very late after ordering and they usually don’t send any accomponies with the order like Chutney or onions,etc.And the food was tasteless and they took very much time to prepare my order,The delivery boy was standing outside the restaurant for about one hour and he said that the manager was lost and he wasn’t there and the delivery boy said to the manager for like four times that prepare the order and he wasn’t able to prepare the order on time this is a very bad experience from a such reputed hotel like the Shaurya and I am regular customer of this restaurant and went for dining many times there and ordered food online many times but when ordering online you should be careful because the services are very pathetic
