May 2025 visit: This is a cloud kitchen where they do only delivery. There is no place for seats or hangout Having said that, we had ordered samosas via Swiggy and samosas were all oily and non palatable. I went in person other day to request for 5 piece or 10 piece samosa without much oil but the packaging lady at the front said rudely only 20 samosas minimum or nothing. She said like she is giving out freebies to me but I am there to give her business. I dint like the attitude of the packaging lady and walked out quiet As this is cloud kitchen, staffs are not trained to handle visiting customers for takeout . Still such rudeness to delivery personnel isn’t acceptable as well . I wouldn’t recommend this place to my friends and family Kindly mark this review as helpful to help others with such honest elaborate reviews. The samosa factory has been my most favourite go to samosa spot. Have tried all their varieties from their menu and each filling is unique. The only place to get yummy, quality & fresh samosas in chennai. Their packing is very impressive and neat. Absolute kid’s favourite. Service: Takeaway Price per person: ₹400–600
