I had a wonderful experience at this café! The food, ambience, and service were all excellent — truly a 10/10. I’ve explored many cafés and restaurants in Bareilly, but this one has definitely earned a spot on my list of favorites. The ambience is photogenic yet cozy, and the taste was delicious without compromise. Service was equally impressive — quick, polite, and attentive. Here’s my breakdown: Ambience: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Price: 3/5 (slightly on the higher side, but fair if quality and service remain consistent) The only area of improvement I’d suggest is the shakes. I had to send them back twice as they were neither thick nor flavorful, which was a bit disappointing. That said, every other item I tried was exceptionally good, and the overall experience more than made up for it. The Rail Cafe, Bareilly recently and I must say — it’s such a refreshing concept! The ambiance is lovely, the view of the station is fascinating, and the overall vibe is calm and peaceful — perfect for a short escape in the city. What really stood out for me was how much kids would enjoy this place. Sitting inside a real train coach and having food while watching the trains pass by is something they'll absolutely love. It’s a great place for families looking to try something different. The menu has some good options, and the food we tried was tasty, though I’d recommend confirming the spice level while ordering — most dishes are quite spicy, which some might enjoy but it could be a bit too much for others. Just one suggestion to the team — the staff could be a bit more polite and welcoming. During our visit, I felt the communication was slightly on the rude side, especially while placing the order. A little warmth in service can go a long way in creating a great customer experience.
