We've noticed a significant drop in quality and service over our frequent visits (we come at least twice a month). On our last visit, the pastry was very dry, and the puff was subpar. The lack of working AC made the experience very uncomfortable—it was so hot we were sweating inside, which likely affected the food quality as well.
