Rating 5 out of courstey because you barley disappoint but the food was not typical Numberdars. It seemed like you sourced from somewhere else. It was not good .

The Numberdaars, a fine dining establishment, presents itself as a haven for culinary exploration. Nestled within its spacious dining hall, the restaurant offers a mix of comfort and elegance, accompanied by attentive staff and ample roadside parking. However, my recent dining experience fell short of expectations. Despite the comfortable seating and appealing ambiance, the food failed to impress. The Dal Bukhara exhibited an unnecessary tangy and sour flavor, while the Masala Chaap left much to be desired, warranting a recommendation against it. The Dal Tadka and Paneer Lababdar, accompanied by Tandoori Roti and Lachcha Paratha, fared only slightly better, offering an average taste that failed to leave a lasting impression. Service was another area of concern, with a noticeable delay in the delivery of orders. While initially attributing the delay to fresh preparation, subsequent interactions revealed otherwise, as even simple requests like Green Chillis took an additional five minutes. Despite the staff's efforts to maintain responsiveness, there was a discernible struggle in their service execution. Moreover, the unavailability of requested items like Dosa and Uttapam further diminished the dining experience. While the vast menu offers promise, the execution fails to match the authenticity expected from a multi-cuisine restaurant. On a positive note, the interior decor, furniture, dining setup, and aesthetic lamps contributed to an inviting atmosphere. However, the restaurant's focus on enhancing the dining experience should extend to elevating the quality of food preparation to align with its impressive aesthetic. In conclusion, while The Numberdaars exhibits potential, particularly in its ambiance and presentation, improvements in food quality and service execution are essential to garner repeat guests. With a concerted effort to match the culinary experience with the restaurant's outlook, The Numberdaars has the opportunity to emerge as a standout dining destination in the future.
