Hello everyone! I visited no name place in manali and the place was extraordinary with all the photos of local places in india! The name of the owner is amshu and she herself is a traveller who came to manali,opened the cafe. Amshu if you are reading this i am really sorry for writing a late review which i should have done it in mid june itself but because of work I couldn’t..... guys now coming to the cafe, i think she is doing a great job by helping local farmers in growing the crops which are getting extinct and buy it from them for a good a price, you will get to know everything about farm tourism and all once you go to the cafe.... Now the food she surves is basically fusion food which is obviously amazing,like its the mix of south indian and north indian food and man you should try her hyderabadi biryani(though i am from hyderabad) it is one of the best biryani i ever had.... she really makes you feel comfortable, interacts with each and every customer.... i can conclude that this is one the best place to hangout,chill, taste some amazing fusion food in manali.... We visited The No Name Place sometime mid-May. Though the place was shut for refurbishment, the owner and chef, Amshu, warmly welcomed us in. The place has one of the best views in Manali, it is a full-fledged panorama of the snow-capped mountain ranges, something straight out of a calendar or a desktop background. An ideal place to unwind and relax in peace, think, write and just be amidst some great company. We had the most amazing cold coffee with a side of some incredible travel stories from Amshu's own life. She showed us around the kitchen as well! It's refreshing to see that organic local produce and ingredients from all around the country are used to make fresh, healthy and simple yet tasty food. And the food that comes to the table is above all hearty for the simple reason that it comes from sustainable processes and strives to celebrate the effort of farmers and their techniques. A wonderful place, a wonderful vibe and a wonderful host! Definitely going back!
