This lil hidden gem in panchkula, is the epitome of warmth and service. we were here for a family get together, an hadsuch a lovely stay in Pallavi West. the breakfast spread was amazing,especially the paranthas, they were delicious, The staff was warm and courteous, especially Rajan, Ashok, shyam. The best part about the hotel are its people. From the night manager Mr. happy, who personally took care of all our guests, ensuring each of them was comfortable, he ensured my grandkids got warm milk even past midnight. Krishna, Rakesh, Om, shubham were exceptionally good. Three cheers for their hospitality.
