cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and satisfactory experience. The combination of pathetic service and the audacity to charge for basic necessities like water is a clear indicator of business mindset. As a guest, I expected better treatment and fair pricing, but unfortunately, this hotel fell short on both counts. Restaurant staf behaviour and reception very bad Service: 1

Wonderful stay at the hotel. Their washroom is more designed than the room. The food was okiesh and there is no lift facility, that's where they lost one star. The staff is very helpful and helped me with my luggage though. The hotel is away from the tapovan area and you may not find the area around so happening The traffic although is very normal and it's peaceful around I loved the cleanliness and overall the entire set up Service: 4

Stayed at Neeraj Palace and it was lovely stay. Kids spent their time to watch cartoons and enjoyed a lot. Service provided by the staff was excellent and very good. The breakfast and in room dining food taste was very good. Overall enjoyed the short and sweet stay here Service: 5
