To order perfectly cooked kare-kare is a really nice idea. Food delivery is an important advantage of this restaurant. The high ratings of The Local Egg would be impossible without the cool staff. Fine service is something that people highlight in their reviews. Here you will pay attractive prices. According to the Facebook rating, this place got 5 stars.

This small hut is just for egg lovers. It serves various egg fusion dishes u can ever imagine, priced economically and the type of dishes mentioned will make you yell out ek aur.
It's a small joint open till 1am.
You must try gotala,lazeez,and locho.

There are Vegetarians. There are Non Vegetarians. And then there are EGGITARIANS, who are the best. EGGS are absolutely amazing. With each kind of preparation, the taste of egg differs. From boiled to fried to scrabbled, egg in each form tastes amazing.
Who would not love a place that serves only Egg.
After months of wanting to go to this place, today at 6.30, it finally happened. Till date, I have been to this place 6 times to see it shut, called 4 times to expect home delivery but that never happened and with this backdrop, today I for the first time I found the shutters open.
The local egg is located at a really bad location. Even though it's on Juhu Versova Link Road, it barely noticeable.
It a small place with basic interiors where approximately 15-18 people can eat.
All dishes here are obviously Egg based. In each preparation, you have a choice to opt for Oil, Butter or Olive oil and the cost subsequently increases. It is a good thing that they give people this choice.
They have starters, half fry dishes, keema dishes, rice dishes, omelet dishes, burjis, sandwiches, extra and sides and specials!
That's a lottt of Egg and nobody is complaining.
All the preparations are served in paper place which might be a major put of for many cause its not a road side stall. I think atleast plastic plates should be provided.
We called for :
Classic Half Fry : One of my favorite dishes, they serve Half fries with Pav which is heavily buttered. Dream combination for all egg lovers. It tasted good but as usual got over too soon.
Shred Boiled Egg Sandwich : This was a very nice dish, Egg Sandwich served with raw onions. It tasted delicious and we called for one more cause we couldn't get enough! Must try.
Boiled Eggs : My need for dieting makes sure that I try the healthiest option in each restaurant. The serve 3 portions of eggs, boiled and sprinkled with pepper and salt.
Keema : Again a preparation served with Pav, this was spicy and flavourful.
The service here is very slow as there is only one guy who is the cook, waiter and everything else. So even though things like half fry take 2 mins, it was atleast served after 10 mins.
The food here is really good, good enough for all the Egg lovers to once try.
Will definitely visit here soon to try the rest :D

Overall : 3.3/5 which sadly will be 3/5 cause Zomato has no pointers. Why :(
