We received the best service at Kipling Lodge. The staff were very welcoming. We found the food excellent and the hospitality was amazing. There were other activities such as Folk singing and pottery that we participated in and enjoyed. There was a bonfire pit outside our room and we spent a lovely relaxing evening sitting around the fire. I would highly recommend this place if you want to stay at a quiet but a very hospitable accomodation. Service: 5

The hotel was very clean, spacious, and serene. Make no mistake this is not a luxury hotel property. However, upon arrival we immediately noticed the well kept gardens and spacious courtyards which was perfect for our larger family to meet. We loved the hot ginger-lemongrass herbal tea offered as a welcome drink, which we proceeded to order with every meal as our family had the sniffles during our stay. We also loved the fresh millet roti made nightly. As we near the end of our 3 week vacation I was even glad to see the hotel gift shop had some nice offerings and purchased a couple hand carved stamps for souvenirs. The proximity to the National park was also a plus as we went on the morning and afternoon safari. Overall every single staff member was so attentive and warm. Great value offered here at the Kipling Lodge! Service: 5
