: This is a small space with seating capacity of 15 people amd was clean,well lit & well air conditioned. The items tasted were : -Galouti Kebab -Chicken Zehrila Kebab -Banjara Kebab -Chicken Afghani gravy -Adana Kebab -Malabar Paratha - Kabuli Naan Galouti kebab, also known as, galawati kebab is a popular Lucknawi preparation made with finely minced chicken. The name ‘Galouti’ means melt in the mouth, and true to its etymology, the dish does melt in the mouth owing to the finesse of the mince. This kebab was created especially for the aging Nawab Wajid Ali Shah of Lucknow who had lost all his teeth but continued to be a connoisseur of good food, particularly meat. Hence, the royal kitchen devised this brilliant melt in the mouth and easy to eat Galouti Kebab. Chicken Zehrila Kebab - this is a very special item available only at the kebab factory which is full of chilli's too spicy. Perfect dish for spicy food lovers. Banjara kebab is the delicious spicy kebab recipe fully loaded with the fresh spices, cilantro, mint and cumin flavor. Chicken Afghani is known for its mild spicy and lip-smacking flavors.Unlike other Mughlai dishes, this one is slightly mild spicy, but you can garnish this dish with grated ginger, chopped green chillies and coriander leaves. Adana kebab with hand-minced chicken mixed with chili on a flat wide metal skewer associated with Adana region although very popular all over Turkey. Malabar Paratha & Kabuli Nun both were equally soft & tender.
