The Kaapi Co. has nosedived into an utterly deplorable state, a pathetic shadow of its former self. Their service is an outright disgrace—surly staff flat-out reject simple requests like leaving ice out of milkshakes (they think that by not adding a few ice cubes in Boost will change its flavor), something they managed just fine before and their audacious claim of "India’s most authentic filter coffee"? A shameless, bald-faced lie. They’re peddling watered-down, tasteless sludge that’s an insult to South Indian heritage. Avoid this overrated dump at all costs. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
