Construction going on outside. Multi level parking is 1 min away or 200 mtr away. But busy roads n traffic jam. Food was good. I have order cold coffee and mango matcha. Mango matcha was great n hummus n pita too. But AC was not there for last 2 tables. Sitting area was also small n conjusted. After an exhausting yet fascinating 3-hour heritage walk exploring the historic grounds and architecture of La Martiniere College in Lucknow, I needed a spot to unwind and refuel. That's when I discovered The Hazelnut Factory in Hazratganj – a charming bakery-cafe tucked away near the metro station, perfect for a quick respite. I opted for their iced Americano and a classic butter croissant, and both hit the spot beautifully. The iced Americano was refreshingly chilled, with a bold, smooth coffee flavor that wasn't overly bitter – ideal for cooling down after all that walking in the July heat. Paired with it was the butter croissant: flaky layers on the outside, soft and buttery inside, clearly baked fresh and served warm. It was simple yet indulgent, exactly what I craved without feeling too heavy. The cafe itself has a cozy, modern vibe with comfortable seating and a display case full of tempting pastries and desserts that almost lured me into ordering more. Service was prompt and friendly, even during a busy afternoon rush. Prices felt fair for the quality – around ₹200-250 for my combo, making it a great value in the bustling Hazratganj area. If you're in Lucknow and need a pick-me-up after sightseeing, The Hazelnut Factory is a solid choice. I'll definitely swing by again on my next visit! 4/5 stars.
