The worst service. They are completely unable to cater service to the customers. They keep waiting their customers for hours. This is not one time but every time I visit the hotel the same experience. If they are not able to handle the traffic they should shut down the hotel.

Overrated thali . It was on more oily side. We’re expecting more Gujarati dishes . According to price , not that much items were supplied. Taste was okay . Service is also good.

The Grand Thakar Restaurant provided a great experience in Gujarati Thali. Overall all the items tasted good. A minor issue I faced was with the subzi. While they offer 4 subzis, all of them, gravy for all of them tasted the same and the only difference was in the vegetables used. Overall its good, ambience is good, Tip: You can get your waiting token number by calling the restaurant. The restaurant gets extremely crowded on weekends for lunch. The restaurant hands out token numbers and you are allotted a table once your token number is called out. However, you can get your token number by calling them so as to avoid wait time after reaching the restaurant. Advisable to call 45 to 60 mins before your arrival time.
