ONE STAR: Appalling Service Ruined a Family Celebration Date of Visit: November 26, 2025 I wish I could give zero stars. Our experience at 'The Grand' was deeply disappointing and uncomfortable, solely due to the aggressively rude service. We were a large family group of 18, and upon arrival, we attempted to push two tables together to accommodate everyone. We were immediately confronted by a server, noticeably wearing a green kurta, who rudely and aggressively questioned who had given us permission to join the tables. This set an incredibly hostile and unwelcoming tone for the entire visit. The service did not improve. The single individual assigned to take our order was even worse—impatient, short, and profoundly rude. His demeanor created such a level of discomfort that I was genuinely apprehensive about asking for anything else or even attempting to re-order, which is unacceptable for a dining establishment. While the food itself tasted good, I agree with other comments that the overall quality felt lacking. However, the appalling lack of basic respect and hospitality is the main issue. Having looked at other reviews post-visit, I see a pattern of "worst service" comments, and I completely concur. I would never suggest this restaurant to anyone, especially for a family gathering.
