Great location, but the cleanliness is disappointing. The rooms are dirty, the toilets are not properly sanitized, and the toilet seats are broken. Fixtures are covered in rust, making the place feel neglected. Save your money—this wouldn’t even qualify as a 1-star hotel! Service: 3

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Despite its great reviews and high ratings, the reality was completely different. The rooms were dirty and dusty, even after being moved to a premium room. The bedding felt unclean, and every single bed cover was stained—we didn’t even use them. The hotel felt run-down, with a strong smell of smoke lingering in the stairwells. To make matters worse, we noticed that the same rag was used to clean the toilet as for other surfaces, which was highly unsanitary. We had booked three separate rooms, and not one of them was clean. It was so bad that we even considered moving to another hotel. The only positive was that the location worked for us, but overall, this was a disappointing experience, and we would not return.

The hospitality we experienced was exceptional, truly making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The food was nothing short of amazing, with each dish bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. What stood out even more was the incredible staff; they were not only attentive but also went above and beyond to ensure every need was met, making our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable.
