Extremely disappointed with my experience at The Grand Horizon. While their hospitality and waiter service were commendable, the rest left a lot to be desired — especially the valet service and food quality. My brand-new car was driven recklessly for over 25 minutes before even being parked. There was no heavy traffic, and multiple U-turn options were available nearby. Yet the valet took the car all the way to Zakhira Circle, which clearly indicates misuse. There were over 20 drivers at the venue — while not all may be irresponsible, even one misusing someone’s vehicle is unacceptable and breaks the trust completely. As for the food — there’s honestly nothing positive to say. Mocktails were poorly made, with artificial colors literally leaking into the mouth. Starters were drowning in soy sauce, killing all flavor. Ice creams, though labeled as "Kings," were nowhere close to the original quality. Only the sweet dishes were decent — but you can't rely on just desserts to make up for the poor quality of everything else. For a venue that positions itself as premium, the experience was far from it. Not recommended unless serious improvements are made across the board.
