Dear Aakriti anand singh, We're incredibly disappointed to hear about your unsatisfactory experience at Fern, Ajmer. It indeed contradicts the attentive and considerate service we strive to offer, and for that, we regret the inconvenience caused. We acknowledge that the behavior and attitudes displayed by the front office staff were unacceptable and do not reflect our values and standards. We assure you that such encounters are not typical in our establishment. Please know that your feedback has been taken seriously and will be addressed promptly with General Manager Mr. Hari Ram and the front office team. Measures will be put in place to ensure such incidents won't recur. Our primary goal is to provide a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere, something you should expect rightfully in Ajmer city.
