The food is awesome, rooms are also good bht the food and their service is really very good. Mr Raja served ya really well hostel staff is well behaved.

I stayed at the East Park Hotel in Bilaspur for three nights on official duty and booked a suite room. The room had an old-fashioned style, which was not particularly appealing. Unfortunately, hot water for the shower was unavailable throughout my stay, despite repeated requests to the front office. With the morning temperature at 13°C, I was forced to take cold showers, resulting in a cold and mild fever. The front office staff mentioned they were unable to resolve the issue. There was no dedicated housekeeping phone, which added to the inconvenience. While the complimentary breakfast was satisfactory, it fell short of the standards expected from a 4-star hotel as the hotel claims. The staff were polite and friendly, but the amenities left much to be desired. I also opted for a 30-minute foot reflexology session at the spa, but a hot towel wipe was not provided, as neither a microwave oven nor hot water was available. Overall, I am hesitant to recommend this hotel to others due to the lack of basic facilities and amenities. Service: 2
