Disappointed Brunch Experience at The Earth Plate Visited today with my family for brunch, and sadly, the experience was far from what we expected. Basic hospitality was missing — we were not even served water, and used plates were left uncleared for a long time. To add to the discomfort, someone else came and took spoons and a hand towel directly from our table. We requested to be shifted to a more comfortable (and clearly available) table, but the waiter and manager simply said, “We’ll see,” and never followed up. Throughout our time there, no service was provided proactively — we felt ignored. Really disappointed, especially considering the reputation this place holds. Definitely not what you’d expect from a restaurant of this standard. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Mr Shubham manger is very rude and did not even treat us well. We ordered for pasta aglio olio which was very spicy and not edible and asked them to change it politely. We come very frequently over here. They don’t care if customer leaves disappointed please don’t ever visit here and specially avoid being served by Mr Shubham the manger.

Recently visited Sahara Star Mumbai for the dinner buffet at The Earth Plate – Global Cuisine, and it was an amazing experience! The buffet had a massive spread of 60+ dishes — from Indian, Chinese, Chaat, Continental, Pizza, Pasta, and more. The dessert section was wide and tempting, and the ambience and hospitality were truly top-notch. They also serve a lunch buffet, but I’d highly recommend the night buffet — the stunning dome and lighting make Sahara Star feel like another world!
