The lavish Sunday Brunch at The Earth Plate – Global Cuisine transformed into a traditional Kerala Sadhya spread, offering an authentic taste of heritage served with warmth and elegance.The banana leaf thali came alive with a vibrant array of curries, pachadis, thorans, avial, olan, sambar, rasam, pulisery, and fluffy red rice – each dish bursting with homely flavors, perfectly balanced spices, and that comforting touch of Kerala’s culinary roots. The food was very average, asian food was not good, flies loitering around desserts, they ran out of chop sticks! I didn't feel for a moment that I was in a5 star restaurant but just another average restaurant. Waste of money and time!
