Ordered from this bakery for Diwali at my relatives’ place after seeing their impressive 4+ Zomato and 5-star Google ratings, but the experience was extremely disappointing. Initially, they confirmed my order but later informed that the fruit cake wasn’t available, so I opted for mix fruit pastries, pineapple pastries, and a chocolate pastry instead. When I first saw what was delivered, I thought maybe it’s just the presentation that’s bad and the taste might make up for it, but I was completely wrong. There wasn’t a single fruit piece in the so-called “mix fruit” pastries, the cream quality was pathetic, and the chocolate pastry was downright awful, the kind that can make you hate pastries altogether. For the price they charge, the quality was nowhere close. Honestly, local street bakeries serve far better and fresher products than this one. Disheartened to see how misleading reviews can be. I even discussed this with the owner, who promised a refund or resolution but never followed up. Definitely not ordering from here again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Service: Delivery
