Ugh, the service here is awful, and the staff are useless. The owners really need to step in and fix things. Seriously, the staff just stand around and don't take responsibility for anything.

We were tired of roaming and sat there near the coffee cup which there on third floor i have a five year old kid female she want to have a ice cream i was not knowing that they will sell ice cream i brought it from bombay kulfi at the time eating ice cream they were not offended but i asked help to give two pcs of tissue the employee called Anjali Barman Emp Code 101160, she is blady concernless lady she told another lady who was helping us with tissue not to give this lady is concernless i told its help bcoz for my five year child even though she was rude towards me.. I am so shamed that having this kind of girls/ladies/women in this country that is too in india where we respect women action must be taken towrds her Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
