This place offers a pleasing dining with beautiful interiors. Nice atmosphere and well mannered staff. The food was good with lots of choices available. Walked in to this Cafe with my cousin to have a late lunch. Had an unpleasant experience with the service there. First of all, basic courtesy was lacking i.e. smile on the staff's faces; no eye contact was maintained and when our food was ready, a lady staff just came to our table, handed our food without saying a word and went back to her counter like we were invisible. Secondly, the iced drinks we ordered barely had a cube of ice in it. The ambience was fine; just that we had some house flies buzzing around the whole time of our meal. If only the service could be better. ~From a disappointed customer. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: ₹200–400

Just visited The City Cafe and i must say it's an experience I won't forget, the food is extremely delicious, every bite feels heavenly, visual is stunning n the atmosphere is just so calming with good music. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
