Ordered 2 chicken manchow soups through swiggy. I was shocked to see the amount of noodles they have sent for 500 ml soup.. it was a PINCH. A PINCH OF NOODLES FOR 500ML SOUP. it would not be enough for even garnish.. no vegetables in the soup either. It even tasted like just some water with salt and pepper.. The restaurant might have been good at some time, but now its a waste of money. In a seperate incident, i had ordered takeaway, the lady at the counter did not even arange a chair for the entire time I waited for my order to get prepared. I understand that they are running a business and many a time, one has ti cut corners but not giving the food you are charging for, and not respecting the customer off which you are making your living will surely get you out of business.. soon. I recently ordered a chocolate lava cake from Chopsticks Gully through Zomato , and to say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. The entire experience, from the taste to the customer service, was nothing short of a disaster.

Firstly, the cake arrived in a sorry state. It seemed like it had been through a war in the delivery process. The outer layer was dry and tasted like day-old cardboard, leaving me wondering if I had accidentally ordered a chocolate-flavored sponge instead.
So, I decided to give Chopsticks Gully a call to express my dissatisfaction. To my disbelief, the person on the other end of the line tried to defend the abysmal creation, claiming that this is how the cake is "made and packed." Seriously? I find it hard to believe that anyone would intentionally produce and deliver such a subpar dessert and then have the audacity to justify it.

If you value your taste buds and expect a modicum of customer service, steer clear of the chocolate lava cake from Chopsticks Gully. Save yourself the disappointment and opt for a more reliable dessert option elsewhere.
