The dessert ordered was “Thank god it’s Sunday” and it was totally upto the mark- no complaints to that! But the whole experience went pathetic as the behaviour of the manager is way too rude…The store manager is not even courteous enough to take a feedback positively. The same is seen here as well in many negative reviews as well. Quite arrogant replies, way too negative in hospitality industry. However in terms of service as well they lack so badly that no one from the staff gives a damn to your presence. Not at all welcoming behaviour overall. Have been to plenty of chocolate rooms but the experience was way too good except this VIP Road franchise outlet. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone…
