Shocking Experience with Calcutta Biryani ClubThis was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a restaurant. Despite charging a high delivery fee, the packaging was so poor that the food had spilled even before it reached me. For that kind of charge, the quality of delivery should at least meet basic standards.When I contacted the restaurant to report the issue, instead of offering support or an apology, two staff members—Ruchira and Sourav—were extremely rude and even threatened me. The complete lack of accountability and basic customer service is appalling.
