I order butterscotch cake and they have sent me strawberry cake and it was unfresh and tasteless

I ordered a different cake, and they delivered a different cake and they are making excuses that the product can't be the same as the displayed image. Flavour is also different from the cake. They don't even follow the cooking instructions given in the order. Worst experience........
