After reaching there we got quite good service with staff, we ordered french fries with cheese topping and two cofee mocha.. Order had came, feel good by having those food and like it also. But after 15-20 minutes one of the staff came and asked us to release table for their awaiting guests. We thought its true and we moved to pay bills. While going downstairs we seen so many tables are empty over there so I decided to ask about this to the manager. Hence we told this all thing to the manager and manager's opinion on this is- "Sir, our rates are so much concesational so we cant afford to customers sit over here for much time, and guests was waiting but they asked for 10 min and gone away."
Is it really the reason and way of talking to the customers??
In Pune we guyz are seeking the place where we will get some time to spend with our friends, special friends and we only want some silence to talk on our important topics and if we choose this cafe for this then is it our mistake??
Its just a bad feeling that manager gave us. I dont like it. We never give reference of this cafe to our any of friend. So many times we go to any other cafes for our meetings chitchat but this is first time we got this type of experience. And this experience we got from manager / owner not serving staff. This is strange. Not expected from @TheCakeStudio Cafe which is recently opened at Tilak Road.
