The cake was messed up with cherries tossed up & misplaced, spoiling some alphabets of birthday message. Cake's one end was flattened, seems to have been hit during delivery. Seems it wasn't carried properly, bounced up in bumps & jerks. Also, I had requested for less cream to be used, but there was too much cream.
