I recently visited this cake shop and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered the tiramisu, which tasted stale—like it had been stored for weeks. When I politely pointed this out to the staff, not only did they refuse to replace it, but they also behaved very rudely. One of them casually said, “Esa hi hota hai” as if bad quality was normal here. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Definitely not coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values quality and service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
