I’ve ordered from her every year for my daughters birthday . I have recommended her cakes to god knows how many people in the media industry . I placed my daughters birthday cakes order about 12 days ago . I did not want to be stuck with the payment on the day of the birthday as I would be busy with other stuff on the day . I kept whatsapping her to let me know the payment details , I even spoke to her assistant a day prior to remind her the number of msgs I’ve sent her asking the same and I was only left on seen . My cake was to be delivered at 3 pm and it was delivered at 4:5 pm . The driver had no clue who booked the car and was saying he couldn’t leave till he did not get the payment confirmation. Last minute she asks me to pay by cash , I did not have cash withdrawn so I msgd her I will transfer to her account and she did not see the msg nor keep the driver updated . Such terrible communication . This morning I called to remind her to send me the payment details , she spoke in an irritated tone to me . I just want to tell her madam you are not doing me a favour and giving me a cake for free , I am paying u 2590 for it . Guess some people cannot handle business well , absolutely unprofessional in communication , the customer has to follow up for payment , then she acts like she is irritated , even if you want to send the payment information on the last day , atleast COMMUNICATE . How difficult is it to leave a msg or pick up the call and keep the customer informed saying u can pay on the last day . Then she acts irritated . Picture of the cake was shared ,everything was discussed what I wanted . Along with sparkles she put some silver round balls in it , saying thodha creative karna padega . I did not like that on d cake and my daughter being 5 years old will not like that while eating the cake. That also she blamed it on me saying - others have no issues with it. We wanted macaroons on the cake she has only two pink and orange ones which we did not want . So even if u order 12 days before , the attitude will be given to u , the laid back communication will make u worry if ur cake is even gonna reach u or no . And don’t even talk about delivery , I waited for 20 minutes down for the Uber guy , who came an hour late and could not even follow the map or address given to him , forget about directions on phone . Then he cries about the payment when Meeta or the driver has not communicated anything about the Uber rate to me . Never ever ordering again from here . She doesn’t value her loyal customers . Some people cannot handle success .
