Regalo Delights Cakes, Delhi (the cake cafe) – Disappointing Experience utterly undelightful I had two disappointing experiences with Regalo Delights Cakes, and I want to share them to help others I ordered a cake with specific add-ons, including a pop-up balloon and photographs. Unfortunately, the cake arrived very late, and the balloon and photos were missing. I was told the balloon had burst during transit, but when I inquired about the pictures if the balloon had burst on the way ? Total lies After multiple calls to the numbers provided by the driver (which was a hassle since their customer service number wasn’t working). I was told by the lady to not disturb her post her working hours she has a personal life - I was like rather than apologising making such statements :( This was extremely disappointing, especially since the taste of their cakes isn't great, and I had specifically ordered for the add-on features. Second Incident : Despite my first disappointing experience, I placed another order, as no other vendors were making balloon cakes with smoke effects. I confirmed with them on WhatsApp both before and after placing the order. I had a delivery time slot of 12-4 PM, but at 2:45 PM, I was told it would be dispatched “shortly.” After many attempts to contact them. This caused huge frustration as we had to step out for the birthday celebration, and we were stuck waiting. The cake arrived at 8:10 PM, and here are the issues I encountered:Missing sparkle candles- One balloon had burst and was visible - The tong to pick up the dry ice and the pop up butterflies were missing not sent - photos were stuck to each other and needed to be pulled apart- The photos were not the same size (though I had cropped them to same size and uploaded)- one photo stuck UPSIDE DOWN- message on the balloon was incorrect I messaged them repeatedly, but they didn’t respond or offer any apologies for ruining the occasion and leaving me frustrated. The balloon & the other add-ons might look fancy, but the customer service is absolutely non-existent, and the way they treat their customers is utterly disappointing. If you're placing an order, I recommend calling their customer service to confirm details—be prepared to spend a significant amount for your special occasion & potentially end up extremely disappointed Food: 1 Service: 1
