Ordered a Veg Makhani and Punjabi Gabru and got simple veg burger. Nothing was in there + Ac was not working. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹1–200

I recently visited the burger company with high expectations due to all the buzz surrounding it. However, my experience left a lot to be desired. From the cleanliness issues to the overall atmosphere, it fell short of my expectations. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the place was a major concern. There were visible food stains and crumbs scattered around. It made me question the hygiene standards of the establishment. Moreover, the constant screaming of kids throughout the restaurant made it incredibly uncomfortable to sit and relax. It seemed like there was no effort made to create a calm and enjoyable dining environment. It's important for a cafe to strike a balance between accommodating families and providing a peaceful experience for other customers. To add to my disappointment, the food I ordered was served cold and lacked the freshness I anticipated, while requesting for a replacement they simply microwaved it . Furthermore, the place was overly crowded even at 8pm, and the method of calling out customers' names by the staff was rather chaotic and disruptive. Instead of shouting names every time an order was prepared, a more organized system like numbering displayed on a board would have been preferable. It would have created a more pleasant and less noisy dining experience for everyone. Also , The advertised cheapest burger at Rs49 was mostly out of stock, which was misleading . To make matters worse, the chicken popcorn priced at Rs90 was underwhelming in terms of portion size. When compared to the generous portions offered by Al-Baik, it felt like a letdown. I expected a more satisfying quantity for the price I paid. Considering the overall experience, I am uncertain if I will visit this place again. The cleanliness issues, the uncomfortable atmosphere due to the screaming kids, the cold and unappetizing food, and the chaotic order calling system were significant drawbacks. If these issues are addressed and improvements are made, it might be worth reconsidering, but for now, I cannot recommend this place with confidence. Edit: No Airtel network for UPI, they keep sweeping during meals - terrible experience. No improvements noticed.
