packaging was torn, sauce case was spilled and also it was spoiled. See the bubbles formed in the photo attachment. It was totally expired.

Hi Yatin it’s truly unfortunate that the packing was torn and items had spilt. It seems that the delivery rider has not handled the parcel correctly. In regards to the sauce we make chilli mayo only on order fresh. We will still look into what went wrong and make improvements to prevent issues going ahead. the crispy burgers were not at all crispy, I experienced eating it like only bread with some sauces.

We’re sorry you found the burgers to be soggy. Please be advised by the time we prepare them it reaches its around 30-45 mins causing the parties to sometimes get soggy. For a better experience we recommend you visit us at the outlet for a crispy and tasty experience.
